Renovation debris is heavy and mixed, which makes it awkward for a regular hauler and genuinely unpleasant to load into your own truck. Wood, lumber, drywall, plaster, tile, brick, concrete chunks and demo waste all come with me.
Clean loads of a single material are easier to recycle, so if the wood is in one pile and the concrete is in another, say so — it helps keep more of it out of the landfill.

One note worth stating plainly: I cannot take asbestos. Older homes in this area sometimes have it in flooring, insulation or siding, and it needs a licensed abatement contractor rather than a junk truck.
