Junk removal is a simple business that a lot of companies manage to make complicated. You get quoted by someone who has never seen the job, a crew turns up who weren’t on the call, and the price changes on the driveway. Then everything goes to the transfer station regardless of what it is.
ATS works the other way round. I quote the job myself from a photo you text me, so the price is settled before anyone is standing in your garage. I do the loading — and I mean all of it, carried out from wherever it sits, upstairs, downstairs, out of a basement or up in an elevator. And I take the extra stop to get the usable things somewhere they'll be used.
Pricing is by the cubic yard — you're paying for the space it takes up in the trailer, not per item — with a $165 minimum on any job. The trailer holds 12 cubic yards. Because every trip carries that minimum, it's almost always worth clearing the whole garage in one go instead of doing it a piece at a time.
I’m licensed and insured, and I cover El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento and Amador counties — foothills to the valley floor. Tell me your deadline when you call and I’ll tell you straight whether I can meet it.
